We guarantee that you will be 100% happy with your purchase from Soundmasters Direct. If you are not 100% satisfied then you should notify us within 7 days of the receipt of your goods and we can arrange a full refund minus the delivery costs.

Goods must be returned in new condition, undamaged with the packaging completely intact. In these circumstances you must arrange the goods to be returned to our premises at your own cost or we can arrange a collection from the delivery address at a cost of £19.99.

Please note that your delivery costs will not be refunded if you return the item in the above circumstances.
